2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am ACDT on 13 May 2026 and closes at 5:00pm ACDT on 22 June 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Attend ATSA Sydney or ATSA Brisbane during the promotion period
• Is a registered AHPRA clinician or student with registered USI number
• Complete the entry requirements outlined in Section 4.

Employees of Enable Lifecare Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

Entry to this promotion is only available via the Enable Lifecare mobile application.

To enter the promotion, participants must complete the following steps during the promotion period:

1. Download the Enable Lifecare mobile application from Google Play or Apple App Store.
2. Create an account and complete registration within the app.
3. Scan the QR code in the Enable Lifecare’s Giveaway insert (either found in your ATSA bag or pick one at our stand), select your ATSA location as either Sydney or Brisbane, and submit to enter the giveaway.

Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry only.

Multiple entries or entries generated by automated or fraudulent means will be deemed invalid.

No purchase is required to enter.

5. Prize Details

One (1) Major Prize Winner for Sydney and Brisbane each will receive:

• Weber Baby Q Gas BBQ (approximate recommended retail value $399)
• Elata Contour Pillow Set (approximate recommended retail value $218)

Three (3) Consolation Prize Winners will each receive:

• Elata Contour Pillow Set

Total prize pool value: Approximately $1271 AUD for Sydney and Brisbane each.

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on 29 June 2026 at:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and auditable process.

Separate draws will be conducted for Sydney and Brisbane entries.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize on 6 July 2026.

Winners’ first name and state/territory will be made available upon request for a reasonable period following the draw. Requests can be made by contacting the promoter using the details set out in these Terms and Conditions.

8. Prize Warranty and Manufacturer Responsibility

Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost within Australia. Dispatch will occur within 30 days of winner confirmation. The promoter is not responsible for delays or damage or loss outside its reasonable control.

Prizes may be from manufacturers other than Enable Lifecare Pty Ltd. Any manufacturer warranties that apply to a prize will be provided by the relevant manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Enable Lifecare Pty Ltd does not provide any additional warranty in relation to prizes beyond those required under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, any warranty claims or product support relating to a prize should be directed to the relevant manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.

The Weber Baby Q Gas BBQ prize is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Weber-Stephen Products LLC or its affiliates.

9. Personal Information

Personal information collected during app registration is primarily used for the creation and administration of a user account within the Enable Lifecare platform and for administering this promotion.

Only information reasonably necessary for these purposes will be collected and handled in accordance with the Enable Lifecare Privacy Policy: https://enablelifecare.com.au/pages/privacy-cookie-policy

Participants may also receive communications relating to Enable Lifecare products and services and may opt out at any time.

10. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to:

• verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
• Disqualify entries associated with duplicate accounts, false identities, or automated methods
• cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control.

The promoter is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries
• technical errors or app download issues
• any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of accepting a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
