2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am ACDT on 18 March 2026 and closes at 5:00pm ACDT on 19 March 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Attend ATSA Adelaide during the promotion period
  • Complete the entry requirements outlined in Section 4.

Employees of Enable Lifecare Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must complete both of the following steps during the promotion period:

  1. Download the Enable Lifecare mobile application using the QR code displayed at the Enable Lifecare stand.
  2. Visit the Enable Lifecare stand and register attendance by scanning the second QR code available at:

    Jubilee Pavilion
    Adelaide Showgrounds
    Goodwood Road
    Wayville SA 5034

Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry only.
Multiple entries or entries generated by automated or fraudulent means will be deemed invalid.
No purchase is required to enter.

5. Prize Details

One (1) Major Prize Winner will receive:

  • Weber Baby Q Gas BBQ (approximate retail value $399)
  • Elata Contour Pillow Set

Three (3) Consolation Prize Winners will each receive:

  • Elata Contour Pillow Set

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on 8 April 2026 at:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at registration.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize on 15 April 2026.

8. Prize Warranty and Manufacturer Responsibility

Prizes may be supplied by third-party manufacturers. Any manufacturer warranties that apply to a prize will be provided by the relevant manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Enable Lifecare Pty Ltd does not provide any additional warranty in relation to prizes beyond those required under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, any warranty claims or product support relating to a prize should be directed to the relevant manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.

The Weber Baby Q Gas BBQ prize is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Weber-Stephen Products LLC or its affiliates.

9. Personal Information

By entering the promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Enable Lifecare Pty Ltd for the purpose of administering the promotion.

Participants may also receive communications relating to Enable Lifecare products and services and may opt out at any time.

10. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to:

  • verify the validity of entries
  • disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
  • cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control.

The promoter is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries
  • technical errors or app download issues
  • any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of accepting a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
